Alternate Software

One of my readers asked if the DIY tissue paper photo canvas could be done with different software than the ones I listed.

Absolutely it can!

One example of a good (free) downloadable software is GIMP. That's actually what the original tutorial author used, I just like what I already have. I've never used GIMP myself but I've heard good reviews about it and I figure you can't beat free.
